Welcome.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Gentle Loving Care Dog Grooming website and apply to scheduling and visiting our salon at 14480 E. 6th Ave., Aurora, CO 80011.

Appointments and scheduling.

Appointments are scheduled by phone. We may ask about your dog's breed, size, coat condition, age, and any handling needs so we can plan time and care appropriately. Drop-off is between 7:30am and 9am. We will give you an estimated pick-up time at drop-off.

Cancellations and no-shows.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another dog. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking availability.

Health and safety.

Tell us about any medical conditions, medications, allergies, recent injuries, sensitivities, or behavioral concerns at drop-off. If we observe a condition that should be evaluated by a veterinarian, we will let you know. We are not a veterinary clinic and we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions.

Matting and coat condition.

Heavily matted coats can be uncomfortable and may need a shorter cut to remove safely. We will discuss the best approach with you and may bill additional time for de-matting work. Our priority is your dog's safety and comfort.

Behavior.

Most dogs settle quickly with us. If a dog cannot be safely handled during the appointment, we will stop and call you. We reserve the right to decline service to dogs whose behavior poses a risk to themselves, our staff, or other dogs.

Liability.

We use professional handling techniques and well maintained equipment. By scheduling, you accept that grooming carries inherent risks even with careful work. Notify us immediately of any concerns at pick-up.

Payment.

Payment is due at pick-up. Final price is based on services delivered, time required, and any additional add-ons. We confirm pricing at drop-off when possible.

Website use.

Changes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated date at the top of the page will reflect any change.
